In November, Lithuanian members of our community co-organised a very interesting international conference entitled Gender studies and activism 2022: (Re-/de-/-?) institutionalization in changing realities.
During the November meeting of our Community of Practice, Jan Galkowski from the University of Rzeszow was talking about the educational component of gender equality plans (GEPs) prepared and implemented by Polish higher education institutions (HEIs).
As members of the Gender Equality in Central and Eastern Europe Community of Practice, we contribute to numerous scientific conferences and other events by presenting our research conducted within the framework of various projects.
In the autumn of 2022, the GEinCEE Community of Practice was expanded by the addition of two Polish institutions that signed the Memorandum of Understanding: the University of Rzeszów and the Institute of Literary Research of the Polish Academy of Sciences.

Early Autumn 2021 was intense for the GEinCEE CoP, filled with meetings, including a webinar on GEPs and a series of trainings.
Last few months were very busy at our Community of Practice with the meetings and tasks of working groups, general meetings, update of an online map and sharing experiences with other CoPs and wider public.
